David Lawrence, DDS, FAGD, DABOI

Dr. David Lawrence, an Oklahoma native, has a goal to improve the lives of all the patients that walk through the doors. He understands the importance of quality dental care and the impact it can have on life. Dr. Lawrence graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2016 and continues to cheer on the Sooners. Dr. Lawrence is one of the select General Dentists in Oklahoma who is certified in administering IV sedation services.

Hamrick McElroy, DMD

Dr. Hamrick McElroy was raised in a suburban town just outside of Atlanta called Suwanee, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with a BS in Biology and then attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky. Following dental school he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the VA Medical center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. After residency, he moved back to Louisville Kentucky to join his fiancé and continue his dental career in a private practice until the summer of 2023. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially connecting with his patients on a personal level and adapting treatment to fit the individual needs of each patient. When Dr McElroy is not practicing dentistry he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, trying new restaurants, staying active, and anything outdoors.

Rusty Sullins, DDS

Dr. Rusty Sullins joined the team at Warwick Dental in March 2024. An Oklahoma Native and University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry graduate, Dr. Sullins previously owned a practice in Kingfisher, Ok and Okc. He looks forward to serving the needs of the patients at Warwick Dental. He enjoys spending time with family and his hobbies include sailing, fishing, hunting and anything that involves being outdoors.

Kirsten Hollingshed - Operations Manager

Kirsten recently relocated with her husband and four children from North Carolina to Oklahoma City. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles and more than five years of experience in medical administration, she is dedicated to optimizing processes and guiding teams toward success. Married to her high school sweetheart Kevin since 2009, Kirsten and Kevin have 3 daughters and one son. You can find Kirsten enjoying time with family, exploring OKC, experimenting with new recipes, and unwinding with a movie when she’s not at work.

Meet Abby, our compassionate Healthcare Administration graduate from SWOSU (go Dawgs!). Since joining Warwick Dental in 2023, she's cherished the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level, especially in helping those with dental anxiety feel at ease. Outside the office, Abby loves taking walks with her husband Brock and their dog Winston, and can never resist a spontaneous weekend getaway!

Amy Griffis - Dental Hygienist and Social Media & Marketing Manager

Amy graduated from OU College of Dentistry Dental Hygiene program in May 2020 and joined Warwick Dental in March of 2021. She enjoys working with her patients to improve their oral health and systemic health through preventative dental education. Amy enjoys all things outdoors and loves getting to spend time with her husband and daughter outside of work. She and her husband are expecting a little boy due in January 2025.

Bree Duncan - Lead Lab Technician and Dental Assistant

América Medina - Lab Technician Assistant

América Medina García was born in Delicias, Chihuahua Mexico on January 3, 2001. She graduated from Deer Creek High School in Edmond OK, as well as a Culinary Arts degree at Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City. Since she was little she has always dreamed of joining the field of Dentistry because of the great potential it has as a career to change and help society. Her goal is to be a dentist. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends, go dancing and see new places. She loves photography as feels it is a very nice way to keep a memory of lived experiences. She also works as a waitress, Mentor, trainer, bartender and shift leader at Mamá Roja Mexican Kitchen. From a very young age her parents instilled the values of respect, education, humility and perseverance. Her consistency, hard work and not giving up have been the main key to each and every one of her achievements. She is bilingual and would love to be able to provide help with Warwick Dental with the ability I have to interact with Spanish speaking patients and provide them with solutions to their problems, which gives her immense satisfaction. She is passionate about helping people and making their experiences as seamless as possible. The joy of hearing feedback and appreciation from a satisfied patient keeps her motivated to provide exceptional service.

Sara Lyon, Registered Dental Hygienist and Medical Micropigmentologist

Sara Lyon, graduated from OU with her bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene. She has a cat named Oliver Twist that she loves most of all. On top of helping her patients towards optimal health here at Warwick she also does permanent makeup in the office. She strives to give her patients and clients an environment filled with learning but also some laughs. Sara loves watching a rom com, reading books, and traveling. She’s been to 42 of the states. She even helps others plan their travels in her free time.

Abbyleigh Schilling - Dental Hygiene Assistant

Abbyleigh joined Warwick in September 2024 as the dental hygiene assistant. She is looking to further her education in dental hygiene school. She grew up in a small town in the Texas Panhandle where she enjoyed her family and grandparents being close. Moving to OKC in 2023, she has enjoyed meeting new people, being active, and learning much more about her future profession!

Jenna Perdue - Registered Nurse and Dental Assistant

Lindsay Alvarez - Dental Assistant

Lindsay Alvarez has been a dental assistant for 9yrs. She graduated from the Custom Dental assisting program. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the patient’s smiles after getting work done from the beginning to the end. Their smiles at the end treatments make her heart smile. Outside of work, she likes hanging out with her daughter, fiancé and step-son. She loves hanging out with family no matter what they are doing.

Maritza Spears - Lead Dental Assistant

Maritza became interested in the dental field after seeing her husband experience a horrible tooth infection. Through that experience, she decided to go to The College of Healthcare Professions in Houston, Tx. She graduated and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2012. Since then, she has cared for many patients with several different dental procedures for 12yrs. She enjoys getting to know her patients, making them comfortable and witnessing their dental transformations. Maritza is bilingual and has been at Warwick since April 2024. Outside of work Maritza, her husband and their two daughters love to spend time with family outside! Maritza and her daughter are Folkloric Mexican dancers and perform at many events around Oklahoma.

Laurie Love - Executive Manager

Laurie has been a valued member of the Warwick Dental team since 2005. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their grown children, and all the pets that accompany them! Laurie loves road trips, lake days, gardening, and exploring new restaurants. She is deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service and believes that building strong, lasting relationships with both patients and colleagues is essential to delivering the best care and fostering a positive team environment.

Candice Hoskins - Front Office Lead and Insurance Coordinator

Candice is a skilled dental professional with a well-rounded background in both clinical and administrative roles. After completing dental assistant training in 2016, Candice joined Warwick Dental as a hygiene assistant, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting patients and working closely with dental hygienists. Her passion for patient care and attention to detail led to a smooth transition into the front office, where she now serves as the Insurance Coordinator. In this role, Candice manages insurance claims and billing, ensuring communication between patients, insurance companies, and the dental team. With a strong foundation in both clinical and administrative functions, Candice is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both patients and the dental practice.

Kiela Rowan - Front Office and Dental Hygiene Coordinator

Kiela has been a licensed dental assistant since 2018, and recently transitioned to the role of hygiene coordinator, where she helps patients understand the importance of preventive care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and family, and she is passionate about music and attending sporting events.

Hannah works at the front desk as the Insurance Claim Coordinator at both Warwick Dental and OISD where she has the privilege of being the first point of contact for our patients. With a passion for helping people, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Her role involves scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, as well as Collections and insurance claims/payments. She strives to make each patient feel comfortable and cared for, whether it's answering questions, verifying insurance information, or helping with billing inquiries. She is dedicated to maintaining a positive and efficient front office environment, contributing to the overall success of the practice. She is always ready to assist with any patient needs and work closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless experience for our patients from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, journaling, hanging with friends and family, and music. She is committed to continuous learning and development, and values the opportunity to be a part of a team that provides exceptional care to our patients.

Teresa graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry Dental Hygiene program in 1992 and joined this office in October 1993 when it was Warwick Family Dental. Her mission is to provide top-quality dental hygiene care while educating her patients. What she loves most about her job is building meaningful relationships with her patients. She is here to educate, support, and provide the best care possible.
